ONCE A CAN IS ON THE GUN, ALWAYS LEAVE A CAN ON THE GUN

This will assure no moisture from entering the system to clog up the gun.

SHAKE THE CAN WELL

This will mix the propellant and resin for a better cell structure.

CAN TEMPERATURE SHOULD BE OVER 60 F

This will assure optimum performance and highest volume. In cold temp, warm the can before foaming.

MIST THE SURFACE WITH WATER BEFORE FOAMING

Pur Fill is a moisture curing foam. This water will assure complete cross section curing.

TIGHTEN SET SCREW WHEN FOAMING IS ENDED

This will assure no accidental misfiring if the trigger bumps into anything.

USE SOLVENT CLEANER ONLY WHEN NECESSARY

Solvent cleaner will break down to resin and coat the inside of the gun. Best maintenance is ALWAYS
LEAVE A CAN ON THE GUN.

THESE TIPS SHOULD EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE GUN.

PLEASE TRAIN EVERYONE THAT USES THE SYSTEM BECAUSE IF THEY LEAVE THE CAN OFF THE GUN FOR MORE THAN 15 MINUTES THERE WILL BE DAMAGE TO THE GUN.
